2. Exercise - You want a well rounded exercise regimen that will tone your whole body and not just your abs. This will allow your body to burn off the calories and fat a lot quicker than just doing ab exercises.
3. Action - None of the above means anything if you don't take action. Make a commitment to yourself and plan out your exercise and diet accordingly. It's easy to be gung ho in the beginning but remember this is a life choice you are making. You are making a life choice not to be fat and to keep that belly fat off.
