Canker Sore over the Counter Medication:
Aspirin or Tylenol - the obvious.
Colgate Orabase - a liquid protectant for canker sores
Canker Care - forms a gel over the canker sore
Orajel - protects and helps dry out the canker sore.
If you are using an over the counter canker sore medication please follow the directions on the label. Canker sores usual go away on their own within 1 to 2 weeks. If you have a canker sore that stays around longer you may want visit your physician.
