The best job interview technique is to show a good positive attitude in all and every interview.

Interviewers want to see good and positive communication and interpersonal skills. They are also looking for people who will have a positive effect upon the work place and can demonstrate that they are the best person for the position they are being interviewed for.

When answering questions give enthusiastic answers that show you have the experience and skills necessary to exceed at the position you are applying for.

Another good job interview technique is to show confidence. This can be achieved by the way you shake somebody's hand and by the way you make eye contact. Eye contact is important but don't try and stare down the interviewer.

When answering the interviewers questions always give examples your achievements and contributions in your previous positions. This will give the interviewer a sense of confidence about you and that you can handle the position you are applying for.

Body language is also very important. If you sit slouched over it will give you the appearance of somebody who is not very energetic and the interviewer may think that you lack the drive to succeed at the position. If you sit erect in a chair it shows that you are alert and aware of the circumstances surrounding you. It gives a much more positive impression of yourself.

You should also dress for success. You should dress professionally and for the occasion. If it's a senior position you want to dress to show authority and power.

The best job interview technique that I have come across has been to show a good positive attitude and a sense of confidence. And don't forget to smile.
