Muscle Building Workouts for Beginners

I was lost when I first began muscle building workouts. I didn't know what one to follow as there were so many out there. I have a small body frame and every time I went to the gym I'd see these big guys pumping massive weights and I thought to myself that there was no way I could ever get those kinds of muscles or abs. Nor did I think I could ever lift those massive weights.

I was thin and I was small and in order to get a physique like these guys I would have to spend 10 hours a day 7 days a week pumping iron. The whole idea discouraged me so I'd stop going to the gym.

But in my mind I still wanted to have a powerful body with muscles and six pack abs. I thought about it a lot. Every once in awhile I'd go back to the gym but with my small frame I'd just get discouraged and leave.

Then I came across a new concept in building body muscle. I came across the new workout online and I decided to give it a try. Besides the muscle building routine called for only spending about 3 hours a week in the gym.

It only took a few weeks before everybody noticed the change in my body. I had added pounds of rock solid muscle to my frame. I couldn't believe all the attention I was getting. Everybody was commenting on my body.
