Now I have never tried any of the above ways to lose weight fast so I can't vouch for any of these methods.
But there is one thing that I find to be, perhaps, the most important way of losing weight fast and that is motivation. You can start as many exercise programs and diet systems you want but you have to be motivated and you have to stay motivated in order to lose the weight.
The fact that you are reading this article indicates that you have some motivation for losing those excessive pounds. And the questions you should be asking yourself are:
How badly do you want to lose weight? And will you take action?
