Who doesn't like a good tip? I love searching the web looking for tips from everyday ordinary people to problems we humans encounter in our daily lives. And one of my favorite tip searches is for weight loss diet tip.

Below are just a few weight loss diet tips I have found:

"Well first of all don't crash diet, don't eat any junk food, eat healthy, walk for at least 1 hour a day."

"I lost 180 pounds doing the Atkins low carb diet."

"I had some success drinking a gallon of water a day. The water made me feel full."

"Three not so big meals a day. I don't do snacking. I fill up on fruit first before anything."

"Eat right and exercise."

"Eating celery is a good way to satisfy your munchies without gaining weight because eating it actually takes more energy than it gives you."

"Find exercises you enjoy. When I do exercises I enjoy, it doesn't feel like exercise at all. Fun stuff like going for walks."

"Get something that smells like vanilla. If you take a sniff of it every time you crave for something sweet e.g. chocolate it will get rid of your craving thus meaning you eat less fat and calories."

I believe the best way to lose weight is to find a system or program that works best for you and stick with it. A commitment to losing weight is half the battle.
