Work Out Routines for Muscle Building

I can honestly say that I had let my body go to fat and that I was determined to tone it up. And that was why I was so excited. I had just found a few new work out routines for muscle building and I wanted to try them out. My body had lost all its tone and had gotten fat and I had been meaning to start building muscle for awhile but I had not taken any action. Until now.
My only question was which one of the work out routines for muscle building would I start with?
I was at the gym and ready to start exercising and weight lifting. I saw all the other guys there with their big muscles and six pack abs and I knew that was the shape I wanted to be in. He told me his routine was based upon building strength as quickly as possible. He said that in order to build muscle you have to become stronger and by becoming stronger your muscles had no other option but to grow. And he told me he only did the muscle building routine about 3 hours a week.
He told me he got the routine off the net and gave me the address of the site. That night I went home and downloaded the routine off the net and started it the next day. It was a break through for me as within only a few weeks I had gained solid muscular pounds of body weight and everybody had noticed the change in my appearance.
